Here are the photographs from the second day of our trip from Hull to York with John Dean on the barge George Dyson making a working trip from Hull’s Albert Dock to York city centre, stopping overnight in Goole along the way. Thank you to John Dean for inviting us on the journey, which was a truly amazing experience.
Rich took these photographs. Again, are in chronological order so if you click on an image and scroll through you can follow the journey to York …
I took some video of the journey to which I have added our Loudhailer Electric Company track Night Heron as a soundtrack.
Photographs from the first half of the journey, Hull to Goole are at the link here
Once again a big thank you to John Dean, and to crew and friends, Kevin, Karl, John, Ray, and Andy.
